We – Simone and Hannes – live at the Prünsterhof with our children and our animals. We cherish farm life deeply, yet we are equally open to new ways of thinking and fresh ideas that enrich what we do.
Sincerity, respect for agriculture and genuine personal encounters matter greatly to us. That is why we always make time for our guests.
We value long-standing traditions just as much as creative impulses that allow our farm to grow and evolve.
Simone
Simone is dedicated to making your stay feel considered and welcoming. Alongside caring for the household and her family, she is the quiet strength behind the farm — attentive, warm and steadfast. Creating a relaxed and effortless atmosphere for our guests is particularly important to her.
Baking and preserving are her true passions. In her kitchen, she transforms the farm’s own produce into refined homemade specialities. And as many guests will tell you, her traditional Marende platter is among the most memorable tastes of a holiday in South Tyrol.
Hannes
Farmer Hannes is a natural strategist – always looking ahead, planning the next step, repairing, making calls or heading out into the fields on his tractor.
For him, respect for nature and agriculture is not a principle but a way of life. He is always pleased to take the time to show you how we live and work here on the farm.
Hannes’ farm tours are something of a legend. With enthusiasm and deep knowledge, he explains how much care, skill and dedication lie behind every animal, every tree and every single product. Sometimes the tours are short, sometimes a little longer… all right, usually longer 😉
