Farm Holidays at Prünsterhof in Merano and Environs
Established tradition, forward-looking thinking
The Prünsterhof is a traditional closed farm and has belonged to the Dosser family for several generations. Once a modest dairy and livestock farm, it is now devoted primarily to fruit cultivation and wine growing.
Our work is rooted in craftsmanship and commitment – from tending apple orchards and vineyards to livestock care and the production of our own farm specialities. Sustainable practice and considered farming are integral to the way we live and work.
We are active all year round, guided by dedication and responsibility. At the same time, we think ahead – mindful of future generations, committed to preserving tradition while embracing thoughtful innovation.

Between barn and meadow – a farm to experience first-hand
Cows, ponies, pigs, Valais Blacknose sheep and cats shape daily life at the Prünsterhof. And Kimba, our loyal dog, adds his own lively presence. Each day brings something different.
For children, a stay on the farm offers a rare and enriching experience. They are invited to step inside the stables, meet the animals and pose their many questions to Hannes during a tour – including favourites such as: “Why don’t cows have a toilet?”
