Starter pack / fully stocked fridge on arrival Start your holiday completely relaxed. Upon request, we will stock your fridge with fresh farm and regional products before you arrive: milk, butter, eggs, jam, cheese, bacon, yoghurt, filter coffee and more. Everything will be ready for you, leaving you free to arrive, breathe deeply and relax.Please order a few days prior to arrival. South Tyrolean Marende Our guests particularly enjoy the traditional South Tyrolean Marende served directly in your apartment. It includes fresh bread rolls, South Tyrolean Schüttelbrot, cold cuts, farm-fresh bacon and Kaminwurzen, a selection of cheeses with chutney, boiled eggs, pickled vegetables, jacket potatoes, herb quark, coleslaw and seasonal fruit. Each platter varies slightly depending on the season but is always prepared with great care. Please pre-order before arrival or during your stay. We are happy to accommodate food intolerances.

We produce all our farm products ourselves – perfect for your breakfast table or as a special souvenir from your holiday. Our selection includes homemade fruit spreads, syrups, apple juice and our own wines. On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be ready from 2:00 p.m. at the latest. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m.

During your stay, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass Schenna. This pass allows you to use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge, including: • Regional trains from Brennero to Trento and from Mals to Innichen • The Schenna hiking bus • Local buses (city and intercity services) • Public cable cars to Ritten, Meransen, Kohlern, Mölten and Vöran • The Ritten tramway and Mendel funicular • The PostBus Switzerland service between Mals and Müstair You will receive the pass by email prior to arrival. It is available as a PDF, a digital wallet download or via the Schenna app. Upon request, we are happy to print a copy for you.

Your booking becomes binding once the confirmation deposit (booking guarantee) has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued. Please note that a price offer does not constitute a reservation of the apartment. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a contractual right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: • Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: no cancellation fee; the deposit will be retained. • Cancellation between 89 days and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price. • Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price. • In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booked period is due. Thank you for your understanding.   We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid potential costs.

A local tourist tax has been levied in South Tyrol since 1 January 2014. The revenue is used to maintain and improve infrastructure and services, as well as to support cultural and sporting events.   The tax amounts to €2.80 per guest per night (as of 2026). Children under 14 years of age are exempt. The local tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
