During your stay, you will receive the South Tyrol Guest Pass Schenna. It is available as a PDF, a digital wallet download or via the Schenna app. Upon request, we are happy to print a copy for you.

Your booking becomes binding once the confirmation deposit (booking guarantee) has been received and the booking confirmation has been issued. Please note that a price offer does not constitute a reservation of the apartment. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a contractual right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: no cancellation fee; the deposit will be retained.Cancellation between 89 days and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price.In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booked period is due. Thank you for your understanding. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid potential costs.

A local tourist tax has been levied in South Tyrol since 1 January 2014. The revenue is used to maintain and improve infrastructure and services, as well as to support cultural and sporting events. The tax amounts to €2.80 per guest per night (as of 2026). Children under 14 years of age are exempt. The local tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
