Fresh and wholesome – from our fields and vineyards
Our apples mature in the orchards that surround the farm, and a nearby vineyard completes our cultivation. Drawing on our own produce and carefully sourced regional ingredients, we craft a selection of house-made specialities: wines, fruit preserves, syrups and apple cider vinegar. As a trained butcher, Hannes also prepares our own smoked sausages and bacon.
By processing much of the harvest on site, we are able to offer fresh, high-quality products throughout the year. Sustainable practice is an integral part of our daily work.
All products are available directly at the farm. Upon request, we are pleased to prepare an elegantly arranged gift basket — ideal to take home or to delight family and friends.

A true highlight: the Prünsterhof Marende
In South Tyrol, the traditional Marende is a cherished afternoon ritual. Simone prepares it with care, bringing together our own farm produce and selected regional specialities: fresh bread rolls and crisp South Tyrolean Schüttelbrot, bacon and cold cuts, Kaminwurzen, cheeses served with chutney, boiled eggs, seasonal vegetables, jacket potatoes, herb quark, coleslaw and fresh fruit – always guided by the season.
The Prünsterhof Marende is best savoured with a glass of our house wine and a leisurely game of cards – a simple pleasure that captures the true spirit of a South Tyrolean holiday.
Sometimes, all it takes is a quiet moment and a wide horizon. On sunny days, numerous mountain ranges stretch out before you, and your eyes can wander across valleys, orchards and peaks.
